Trouble Shoot Video problems
One
often over looked cause of problems (ranging from irregular or distorted
shapes and colors on screen, an unreliable mouse or spontaneous rebooting)
is a bad video driver. To troubleshoot for this you may replace your current
driver with a Windows generic VGA driver. Select Start menu, Settings,
Control Panel, Display, Settings, Change Display Type. Under Adapter Type,
select Change, Show all devices, and from the Manufacturers list, select
(Standard display types). You may have to reboot. If the problem disappears,
then it is time to find a driver update.
I will add more tips, free
downloads, and,or great deals from time to time, so check back regularly.
